Synopsis

Created in the fall of 2020, the concept of Solos ready-to-wear Invites the public to receive the screening of a short dance film in a completely intimate way: using the palm of their hands as a screen.

“The simple idea contains the lyricism of a wonderful device. The viewer stops at a specific spot on the sidewalk, and by depositing some snow on his or her mittens, he or she becomes the recipient of the work,” explains Karine Ledoyen.

To accompany the experience, each film is accompanied by a soundtrack containing the soundtrack.

Each video, lasting between 3 and 5 minutes, will be projected from the window of a shop or restaurant, as a way of greeting the merchants. To receive the solos, you will have to extend your hands, as a gesture of support; the artist will sit directly and delicately in the hollows of our palms.
