A new step for L’Agence Roger Roger: Flore Bailly becomes co-general director

The establishment of this co-direction formalizes this collaboration and strengthens the foundations of the organization for the years to come.

Already involved in the vast majority of the organization’s strategic decisions, Flore has contributed significantly to its growth and its international reach. This new co-direction marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Agency, based on shared responsibility, mutual trust, and a common ambition: to offer artists ever-more rigorous, human, and bold support.

When I joined the Roger Roger Agency a few years ago, it was primarily the result of a meeting, that of Kevin. From our first exchanges, a real spark ignited: a natural complicity, a shared vision, and a deep conviction of the importance of to accompany the artists. It is this vision, carried by Kevin from the very beginning, that inspired me to join Roger Roger’s adventure.

There I found a passionate team, inspiring artists, and an environment where human relationships are at the heart of everything.

Our collaboration developed naturally, driven by great mutual trust, a deep professional affinity and a shared artistic sensibility. This complicity and complementarity, which we experience on a daily basis, have become one of the great strengths of our work. We are delighted to begin this new chapter.
