Synopsis

BREATHING UNDERWATER Is a theatrical installation that addresses the issue of hope. The plot revolves around three real stories in a fragile zone: primarily the grief of the creator following the sudden and voluntary death of her brother. There is also a story about George, a Syrian refugee with incurable cancer, as well as young refugees in Sweden who, upon the announcement of the rejection of their refugee status, «fall asleep»… for years. All of them are waiting for only one thing: the restoration of hope.
